Terms of sale
1. Introduction
These general terms and conditions of sale (T&Cs) govern the relationship between Group-E srl and its clients via the QR-Pay platform. By using our platform, you accept these terms in their entirety.
2. Description of Services
QR-Pay is an intermediary service for the sale of tickets for various events. Our services include, but are not limited to, the sale of access tickets, tickets for goods or services at events (t-shirts, food, space reservations, etc.), and facilitating bar payments via QR code and cashless transactions. The platform does not act as a digital wallet and does not permit transfers or payments between members, nor cash withdrawals or bank transfers, except for balance refunds to the payment card used for the top-up.
3. Use of Mollie for Payments
All transactions made on QR-Pay are processed by Mollie, a third-party payment processor. By using Mollie to make transactions on our platform, you accept Mollie's terms of use. We do not store payment card information, and all transactions comply with payment data security standards, including the PCI DSS standard.

5. Refund and Dispute Policy
Disputes relating to payments made via Mollie are subject to Mollie's policies. For disputes concerning QR-Pay services, please contact our customer service. Disputes concerning events are the responsibility of the organisers. Refunds of the cashless bar payment facilitation service balance are made by completing the appropriate form. The total refundable amount equals the full amount of the last top-up, minus administrative refund fees.
6. Cancellation Policy
In the event of an event cancellation, the ticket refund policy is determined by the organisers of each event. No refund of platform fees will be made.
7. Transaction Currency
All transactions are carried out in Euros.
8. Security and Privacy
The QR-Pay site is secure and respects the confidentiality of your personal data. We are committed to protecting the security of your payment information in coordination with Mollie.
9. Liability
QR-Pay is not responsible for errors, malfunctions, or interruptions of the Mollie payment service. Any claim relating to payments must be addressed directly to Mollie.
10. Modification of General Terms and Conditions of Sale
QR-Pay reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication on the site.
