You add these rules when you create or edit a ticket; leave them off and the price simply stays fixed.

How does the cashless system work?

Why is the cashless wallet limited to one event?

For legal reasons, the cashless balance is currently limited to the event it was topped up for (per-event closed-loop wallet). QRPay plans to make cashless multi-event in the future. Unused balance can be refunded via your profile (refund fee: €1).

When do I receive my money?

Your payout is processed automatically after the event ends. You'll receive the total revenue minus commissions directly to your bank account (IBAN) — no manual steps needed.

How do I buy tickets?

Go to the event page, choose your ticket(s), and pay securely online — card (Visa/Mastercard) or Bancontact, powered by Pay.nl. You'll receive a confirmation email with your QR code straight away.

Refund policies are set by the organizer. If refunds are enabled, you can request one through your profile. You can also transfer your ticket to a friend — up to 1 transfer per ticket, as long as the event sales are still open.

No, your wallet balance never expires! Your balance is tied to your QRPay account, not a specific event, so you can use it at any future QRPay event. That said, we're not a bank — if we notice your account has been inactive for a very long time, we may reach out to check in. You can also request a refund of your remaining balance at any time (a small €1 processing fee applies).

Do I need to print my ticket?

A 10% service fee (minimum EUR 1.00) is deducted from the sale price. The buyer pays the original ticket price. For example, if your ticket cost EUR 25.00, you receive EUR 22.50 as wallet credit.
